Jedan način je da se doda gnome-network-admin
koji nije po defaultu na ubuntu-u 8.10 ili 9.04
pomoću sinaptika
ili
sudo apt-get install gnome-network-admin
ili ako ne postoji konekcija
gnome-network-admin deb paket
http://packages.ubuntu.com/jaunty-updates/i386/gnome-network-admin/downl...
pa zatim
sudo dpkg -i gnome-network-admin_2.22.2-0ubuntu4_i386.deb
posle toga zavisi od modema za intel 536 ili 537 ??? deb paketići

za druge tipove hcf/hsf je ovde

pa onda na ubuntu
ali neophodno je znati
uname -r
obično ispadne 2.6.28-13-generic ili slično ,menja se posle update kernela.
po tome se bira drajver iz poduže liste
ovaj hcf/hsf drajver je u stvari ogranićen na 14400 :(
oni ostali nisu
HCF/hsf se instalira tako što se odpakuje pa onda desni klik gdebi ili
sudo dpkg -i hcfpcimodem_1.19full_*.deb
posle toga ide na 14400 (valjda) ili postoje neke alternativne metode
npr dell -ov drajver iz source-a za hsf i drugo za veću vrzinu
(ali dell -ov ne ide na novom kernelu)
eventualno se dopodesi sa
sudo hcfpciconfig
eventalno da se isključe mrežni servisi na desni klik u sys tray ?
pa onda sistem --> administracija --> mreža
(ovo ide nezavisno od gnome network managera zato bolje d aje isključen)
selektuje se modemče
pa posle klika na osobine idu tri posešavanja
pa se čekira na kraju par puta ovde pored modema dok
se ne uspostavi konekcija ? (samo strpljivo)
provera da li radi
ifconfig
uključenje firewalla
sudo ufw enable
sudo ufw default deny
ping www.google.com
PING www.l.google.com (74.125.43.104) 56(84) bytes of data.
64 bytes from bw-in-f104.google.com (74.125.43.104): icmp_seq=1 ttl=54 time=159 ms

postoji i način gnome-ppp sa njim je malo drugačije

serveri mreže , ali obično se automatski preuzmu

Покушао сам да инсталирам срб и по учитавању лајв верзије резолуција се подеси на неких смешних 700х400 (не знам тачно, нисам упамтио) али што је најгоре свим прозорима приказује само горњи део, онолико колико стане на екран. 9L0-062

F50-531а на овом новом ТФТ не знам шта да радим. Да не користим специфична подешавања партиција можда бих и успео на слепо да погодим тастере али овде не бих да испробавам, не знам понуђене опције напамет.
